About the opportunity
Scale Pledge is a tech influencer marketing agency offering committed Muslim brothers the opportunity to learn influencer marketing, develop entrepreneurial skills, and work toward building halal income.
You will take ownership of a sub-niche under Scale Pledge, handling creator relationships, brand outreach, and campaign delivery. You will receive training, coaching, infrastructure, and ongoing support while learning to manage the work independently.
This opportunity is designed for someone who has the dedication to build over the long term but may not have access to expensive training programs.
What you will do
Research suitable creators and brands within your sub-niche.
Contact creators, assess their fit, and secure agreements.
Approach brands through email, manage follow-ups, and develop business relationships.
Negotiate campaign rates, deliverables, and terms.
Coordinate campaigns from agreements and briefs through content approval, publication, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records and provide consistent progress updates.
Identify problems, apply feedback, and take responsibility for moving your work forward.
Most communication takes place over email. Calls may be needed depending on the campaign or relationship.
Training and support
You will have access to:
A–Z training: Recorded lessons covering the influencer marketing process, from outreach to campaign delivery.
Live coaching: Calls to discuss questions, challenges, and practical next steps.
Ongoing guidance: The ability to ask questions throughout the week and receive feedback on your work.
Agency infrastructure: Scale Pledge’s brand, website, shared systems, and existing social proof.
A community of brothers: Support from others working through the same entrepreneurial process.
The aim is to help you develop the judgment and problem-solving skills needed to manage your work independently.
Who we are looking for
Previous influencer marketing experience is not required. You should have:
Clear written communication and a willingness to improve.
The ability to commit at least 20 hours per week consistently.
An existing source of income while you build experience and pursue deals.
Patience with outreach, follow-ups, and a learning process that takes months.
The initiative to try solutions, ask useful questions, and apply feedback.
A reliable computer, internet access, and an organized approach to remote work.
A commitment to honest communication and conducting business in line with Islamic values.
Compensation and overheads
Your starting commission is 80% of the agency margin on your deals. Scale Pledge receives the remaining 20%.
Agency margin means the brand’s campaign fee minus the creator’s fee. For example, a $1,000 agency margin would result in an $800 member share and a $200 Scale Pledge share.
This is a commission-only contractor opportunity. There is no fixed salary, guaranteed income, or guaranteed timeline for closing your first paid deal.
There is no separate training or coaching fee. You are responsible for your domain and Google Workspace overheads. These costs will be explained before you commit.
Commitment and expectations
This is serious, long-term work intended to fit alongside your existing income. Progress requires consistent effort, quality outreach, ongoing learning, and responsibility for your results.
You will receive support when you get stuck, while being expected to think for yourself, communicate clearly, and follow through on your commitments.
